YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and develop scalable processes and systems for our club(s) as the business grows. Constantly review and improves these processes.
- Negotiate contracts to get the best deals possible from suppliers and manage existing relationships to ensure services are maintained
- Coordinate inventories, stock takes and manage reconciliation, taking actions to minimise loss
- Responsible for recruitment and enrolment of the new team members
- Responsible for financial processes and team payroll
- Support our Club Manager in day-to-day operations of the gym and problems that could occur
- Responsible and having a key eye on budgets, invoicing and costs
- Creating and monitoring new projects with support of the Country Manager and Head Office executives, internationally
- Responsible weekly and monthly reporting. You will be the first point of contact for the accounting team.
- Supporting all functions of the business to work and grow together
- Tackling problems which stand in the way of achieving results, having a flexible, pro-active and adaptable approach to changing situations
- Compile new procedures and policies as required, updating existing procedures and templates
- Working closely with the teams to fully utilise the resources availab
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You’re interested in a career in Operations or Project Management
- You have past experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- You have great time management skills, and are incredibly well organised, always maintaining a diligent attention to detail
- You’re an exceptional problem solver, knows how to take initiatives and multi-task.
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to identify potential risks and opportunities as the business grows and plan accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people at all levels and all areas of the business
- A proven track record of playing a key role in a high performing team
- Proficient in Excel
- You’re self-driven, very motivated, and enjoy working in an environment where no day is the same
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus, but not essential
