We're looking for enthusiastic Front of House Service Staff to ensure the delivery of a unique and cohesive member service for our JOHN REED club in London. Your role will report to and receive guidance from the Club and Front of House Manager.


  • You are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming club atmosphere for our JOHN REED community
  • You are responsible for managing your team, and the day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as maintaining club cleanliness, the upkeep of changing room and other facilities
  • You are responsible in overseeing the Front of House teams’ delivery of customer service; in person, over the phone and via email
  • You plan and coordinate the Front of House team’s monthly rota
  • You manager the customer service email, ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service is met in every single communication
  • You are responsible for reporting and supporting in any facility and maintenance issues
  • You are responsible for monitoring stock levels of our products, and putting in re-orders when necessary
  • You are readily available to advise members in their needs, and will sell them our products/services dependant on their needs
  • You are responsible for member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving customer experience, echoing the brand values. Responsibilities will include training new staff in these values
  • You are responsible for developing your team, and recruiting new Front of House staff
  • You work closely with the Club Manager as a strategic team player


  • You have 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Relations Manager, or in a similar role
  • You are proactive and take initiative – keen to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • A true team player, always reliable and confident in delivery excellent customer service
  • Enjoy being part of a growing company
  • You have very good MS office skills
  • Experience/confidence in stock management
  • Experience/confidence in resolving facilities and maintenance issues
