A meaningful application is the key to a successful career change and is initially all your potential employer will know about you. We want your application to have the best chance of success. That's why we've put together some information for you here.



Application process

The exact application process depends on a number of factors: the role, the location, and the department or division. For example, for certain positions you will be invited to a phone interview and two face-to-face interviews, while for another position or location you will only have one face-to-face interview.

Regardless of the steps involved, the goal of the process is the same - to get to know each other better. With this in mind, we have put together an example of what an application process with us might look like.

1. application
You have found an interesting job advertisement? Apply and show us who you are and why you want to work for us.
2. preselection
We check your application for completeness and then forward it to the appropriate department for further review. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within a few hours. If your profile fits, we will invite you to a first interview.
3. interview
Inform yourself well about us and the position you have applied for. We open our doors to personalities - show who you are authentically in the interview. You should feel comfortable, after all, we want to get to know you as you really are!
4. final round
Still a good fit? Then you will gain a deeper insight into the advertised position and the associated tasks during a second detailed interview. At the same time you will get a first insight into our daily work.
5. contract offer
Once both sides are convinced, the application process is over. You will then receive a contract offer from us. Here's to a good cooperation!

For each of our advertised positions, there are corresponding requirements or previous experience that we would like or expect from you. You can view these at any time in the respective job posting.

Enthusiasm, commitment and collegiality are particularly important to us. In addition, we would be pleased if you are open to new ideas and have a desire to drive change. You should also be able to identify with the job description you have chosen. The more committed and motivated you are, the more you will feel at home with us.

Oh shock a rejection - and now?

Although there is hardly anyone who has never received a rejection, a rejection is always disappointing. After all, everyone always associates applications with hopes and anticipation.
